Severe Cracks in Road Surface
Cappagh Browne has a stretch of road within their depot of around 120 metres long. One side of this road was damaged with severe cracks due to frequent use by 13-tonne excavators. So, the plan was to redo the damaged side of the road.
Floor Sawing 250 mm Deep to Isolate Both Sides of the Road
BC Diamond Drilling & Sawing Ltd cut down the middle of the 120-metre-long road at a depth of 250 mm. This isolated both sides of the road, which allowed the repair team to excavate the damaged side without compromising the integrity of the other side of the road. We were finished within one day.
